Dave Carrasquillo is a retired Marine, a local police detective assigned to gang investigation. Dave has the same Never Quit attitude that Joe Miller has and between the two of them there is never a lack of motivation and pure brute determination. Everyone in the group benefits from the energy and humor that Dave brings to the group. 

Dave is an experienced and knowledgeable gang investigator and also patrols the streets. He was recently  awarded the Medal of Valor by his department for extraordinary bravery in handling a suspect under the influence of PCP and a hostage situation. We are proud to call Dave one of our friends. it does us honor to be able to associate with a man of his caliber.
