Jay Lyttle

Jay is a founding member of the Freak Factory. Jay is a Highland Games athlete and seven time world amateur arm wrestling champion. Jay is a wordsmith and an amazing poet as well as the guy to have your back in a bar brawl. He likes cats and children and Guinness. 

Jay is one of the first Captains of Crush and has a grip that has to be felt to be believed. His hands are twice the size of a normal man's hands.

Jay is an old style Irish poet, and has many a song to his credit. His range is amazing as he can create poetry to mourn the passing of a faithful dog or the passing of a faithful lifting suit. Jay can rip a telephone book in half and can break a man's arm in an armwrestling contest. He is an amazing stand-up comedian and could make a corpse laugh.
