| | Paul Leonard is one of the founding members of The Freak Factory and in
fact bestowed the name, after meeting all those who worked out here and
identifying a common theme, Freakiness. when asked for a bio, Paul let us know
he was found under a bush near a nuclear power plant on the east coast. Paul has
procreated, and below you can see his oldest son Louie getting ready to pull a
record in the "Under 100 lbs." class.

Paul is a big boy, a member of his local yogurt
shop's Quart Club and makes Ronnie Coleman look tiny.

Paul has an indomitable spirit and
appetite, which makes him a valuable
member of the Freak Factory, even though he has moved to another state. Old
One-Ton, as we call him, from an official powerlifting meet total of 2000
pounds, will always have a place in our hearts and in our gym when ever he is in
town.

Some of Paul's more famous quotes are:
-
"Charley, ask Marty if he heard anything in the room last night?"
-
"Birds, so many choices, regular, extra crispy, original recipe, honey mustard,
or barbecue?"
-
"Is this enough tacky guys?"
-
"Hoo-hoo"
-
"Kevin, I think it's time for a rant"
-
"Uh oh someone's been thinking too much at work" (Kevin about me)
-
"The best definition of insanity is to repeat the same exact process and expect
different results."

Some of Paul's favorite Freak
Factory moments
-
Charley and Jay's arm wrestling match
-
The sound peoples hands, knuckles or wrist make when they are stretched by the
inch dumbbell.
-
My wheelie sit-ups one night while Kevin watched.
-
Charley waking up the entire town of Jamestown at 0700 with "Bodies"
-
Charley good naturedly harassing some European Young Frankenstein at dinner
in Boston.
-
That game of whip something wet and heavy at each other in Charley's pool

Random pondering:
"Does Jay really love me, and if so does he only love me at the annual Christmas
party after a 12 pack of Heineken?"

From Paul: "My thoughts on all my time at the Freak Factory: "I knew someday I would look
back at my tears and laugh, but I never thought I would look back on my laughs
and cry." I will miss you all and love you guys, Kevin, Heather, Charley, Jodi,
Marty, Chris, CJ, Summer, Joey, Jonnie, Scott, Danielle, Beau, Jay&Deb&kids,
Reggie&family"
