Ralphy "The Grip Troll" Sulsona

Ralph Sulsona- the Freak Factory jester is always ready to create laughter through his witty one-liners or by ham-fistedly falling off of a Swiss ball with dumbbells in hand or being tossed across the field by a heavy hammer.

Ralphy is the lightest of our lightweights, weighing in around 165 lbs.  Although he is in a small package he can squat well over twice his bodyweight and deadlift 2 ½ times his bodyweight.

What sets Ralph apart from the rest of the freaks is his ability to use song lyrics and movie quotes in order to appropriately describe EVERY unusual moment that occurs during our training process. 

In a recent MRI study of Ralph’s brain, it had been determined that 98% of his brain is being used for storing this useless information.  The doctors were amazed that he was still able to use the little boy’s room without making a mess.  

Kidding aside, what Ralph lacks in size he makes up for in heart.  He loves to be challenged and never passes on the opportunity to do so.  He feeds off of the energy of the Beast and gives it back tenfold.  He is a valuable part of the team and is always there to inspire. 

In a recent trip to Cabo San Lucas, Ralphy showed his love for Strongman by rearranging the large decorative atlas stones lined up in front of the resort.

  Why waste a perfectly good training day, when the hotel is going to provide you with such a great amenities. They even had a Conan's Wheel!
